Other provisions of law, applicable, when.
369.367. When not in direct conflict with or superseded byspecific provisions of this chapter, or other provisionsapplicable to savings and loan associations, the provisions ofchapter 351, RSMo, shall extend to associations organized oroperated under this chapter.
