Certificate of organization, recorded.

369.689. 1. If the director finds that all the provisions of the lawhave been complied with, the director shall grant a certificate settingforth that such savings bank has been duly organized and the amount of itscapital subscribed and paid up in full. The certificate shall designatethe address and location at which the savings bank is authorized to conductits business.

2. Such certificate shall be recorded in the office of the recorderof deeds of the county or city in which the savings bank shall be located,and the recorded certificate or certified copies of the certificate shallbe accepted in all courts of this state as evidence of its incorporation.
