Annual reports--when--penalty for late, inaccurate or incomplete.

370.110. 1. Each credit union shall make a report of itscondition on or before January thirty-first of each year and atsuch other times as the director of the division of credit unionsmay require.

2. Such reports shall be made on blank forms to be providedby the director of the division of credit unions and shall beverified under oath or affirmation of the president and treasurerof the credit union.

3. Any credit union which neglects to make any report whendue, or makes such report that is inaccurate or incomplete, shallforfeit to the state, payable to the director of revenue,twenty-five dollars for each day of the first seven days of suchneglect and seventy-five dollars for each additional daythereafter, after the due date of such report or such subsequentdue date established by the director in a notice to the creditunion to correct an inaccurate or incomplete report unless suchpayments are excused in whole or in part by the director of thedivision of credit unions.
