Unauthorized use of words "credit union" a misdemeanor.
370.360. The use by any person, copartnership, associationor corporation, except credit unions formed under the provisionsof this chapter or any association composed exclusively of creditunions, including any service corporation wholly owned by creditunions or an association of them, of any name or title whichcontains the words "credit union" shall be a misdemeanor.
