374.420. There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause ofaction of any nature shall arise against any insurer reporting hereunder orits agents or employees, or the director of the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration or* the director'semployees, for any action taken by them pursuant to sections 374.400 to374.425.
