Accounting required, when--records submitted to director--bailcontract provided to principal.
374.716. 1. Every bail bond agent shall account for each power ofattorney assigned by the general bail bond agent on a weekly basis andremit all sums collected and owed to the general bail bond agent pursuantto his or her written contract. The general bail bond agent shall maintainthe weekly accounting and remittance records for a period of three years.Such records shall be subject to inspection by the director or his or herdesignee during regular business hours or at other reasonable times.
2. For every bond written in this state, the licensee shall provideto the principal a copy of the bail contract.
