374.775. When issuing bonds of one thousand dollars orless, licensed bail bond agents or general bail bond agents maycharge a minimum premium of fifty dollars. In connection withsuch bonds no bail bond agent, general bail bond agent, orcorporation shall charge or receive any additional fee forinvestigations or services rendered in connection with theexecution of the bond.
