To furnish certificate of deposit, when.

376.090. When the corporators have fully complied with the requirementsof the preceding sections, and the laws of this state governing theorganization of private corporations, and said corporation has deposited withthe director of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration the amount of capital required to be deposited bysection 376.290, and shall have filed with the director a certified copy ofthe certificate of incorporation issued by the secretary of state, it shall behis duty to furnish the company a certificate of such deposit, and hiscertificate of authority for it to commence the business proposed in itscharter, which, with the certified copies of the aforesaid declaration andcertificates, on being filed and recorded in the office of the recorder of thecounty in which the company is to be located, shall be its authority tocommence business and issue policies; and such certified copies of thedeclaration certificates and certificate of deposit may be used in evidencefor or against said company, with the same effect as the originals.
