Director may adopt rules.
376.1025. The director may adopt regulations which are necessary toimplement the provisions of sections 376.1000 to 376.1045 and to ensure thesafe and proper operation of multiple employer self-insured health plans inthis state. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authorityof this section shall become effective unless it has been promulgatedpursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
