Rules and regulations, promulgation.
376.1095. The director shall have the power to promulgate such rulesand regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of sections376.1075 to 376.1095. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under theauthority of sections 376.1075 to 376.1095 shall become effective unless ithas been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024, RSMo.
