Advertising and marketing materials, approval in writing required.
376.1524. 1. All advertisements, marketing materials, brochures anddiscount cards used by marketers shall be approved in writing for such useby the discount medical plan organization.
2. The discount medical plan organization shall have an executedwritten agreement with a marketer prior to the marketer's marketing,promoting, selling, or distributing the discount medical plan.
