Changing of securities on deposit.
376.230. Any company shall have the right at any time to change thesecurities on deposit with the director of the department of insurance,financial institutions and professional registration by substituting a likeamount of the character required in the first instance and to withdraw anyexcess of securities; and so long as such company shall remain solvent, andthe amount of its deposits as herein required are not impaired, it may collectthe interest on the securities deposited as the same accrues.
