Applicability and inapplicability.
376.291. Sections 376.291 to 376.307 shall apply only to investmentsand investment practices of domestic insurers organized under theprovisions of this chapter. Sections 376.291 to 376.307 shall not apply toseparate accounts of an insurer except to the extent that the provisions ofsection 376.309 so provide.
