Rules and regulations, procedure.
376.442. The department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration is authorized to promulgate rules and regulationsnecessary to the administration or enforcement of the provisions of sections376.431 to 376.442, pursuant to section 376.982 and chapter 536, RSMo.
