Effect of omission.
376.710. Deliberate failure of an insurer to provide ordeliver a buyer's guide, or a policy summary as provided insection 376.706 shall constitute an omission which misrepresentsthe benefits, advantages, conditions or terms of an insurancepolicy, and an agent's license may be revoked or suspended by theadministrative hearing commission for such an omission.
