377.210. Any number of persons, not less than seven, amajority of whom being citizens and residents of the state ofMissouri, may associate themselves and form a company, for thepurpose of making insurance on the lives of individuals, andevery insurance pertaining thereto or connected therewith on thestipulated premium plan, as defined and regulated herein, and mayprovide for indemnity against death or disability of the insuredoccasioned by sickness, accident, old age or otherwise.
