Articles of incorporation shall specify what.

379.210. Any persons proposing to form any such companyshall subscribe and acknowledge articles of incorporationspecifying:

(1) The name, the purpose for which formed, and the locationof its principal or home office, which shall be within thisstate;

(2) The names and addresses of those composing the board ofdirectors in which the management shall be vested until the firstmeeting of the members;

(3) The names and places of residence of the incorporators.
