379.660. The contracts may be executed by an attorney infact, herein designated attorney, duly authorized and acting forthe subscribers, and the attorney may be a corporation. Theoffice or offices of the attorney, herein defined as an exchange,may be maintained at such places as may be designated by thesubscribers in the power of attorney.
