Exemption from insurance laws, exceptions.
380.031. Any Missouri mutual insurance company operatingunder the provisions of sections 380.011 to 380.151 shall beexempt from all provisions of other insurance laws of this stateunless such laws shall expressly declare that they are applicableto such Missouri mutual insurance companies.
