380.091. 1. All Missouri mutual insurance companies shall file allapplications, policy forms and all endorsements, riders or amendments theretowith the director of the department of insurance, financial institutions andprofessional registration. Those forms may be used upon filing unlessdisapproved by the director. The director may disapprove any form if it doesnot comply with the provisions of sections 380.011 to 380.151, or if itcontains any provision which is deceptive, ambiguous or misleading. Thecompany shall be notified in writing of any disapproval and the reasonstherefor.
2. Any disapproval of a form by the director of the department ofinsurance, financial institutions and professional registration shall besubject to judicial review under the provisions of chapter 536, RSMo.
