Provisions inapplicable to mutual companies.
380.651. Nothing contained in this section and sections375.1250 to 375.1275, RSMo, sections 375.1280 to 375.1295, RSMo,sections 376.1000 to 376.1045, RSMo, and sections 376.1075 to376.1095, RSMo, shall apply to an insurance company formed andexisting under the provisions of this chapter, dealing withcounty, town and farmers' mutual property insurance companies.
