False reports, filing of, penalty.
382.275. Any officer, director, or employee of an insuranceholding company system who knowingly subscribes to or makes orcauses to be made any false statements or false reports or falsefilings with the intent to deceive the director in theperformance of his duties under this chapter, upon convictionthereof, shall be guilty of a class D felony. Any fines imposedshall be paid by the officer, director, or employee in hisindividual capacity.
