Applicability of law.
382.402. Sections 382.400 to 382.409 shall apply to licensed insurerseither domiciled in this state or domiciled in a state that is not anaccredited state having in effect laws substantially similar to theprovisions of sections 382.400 to 382.409. All provisions of this chapter,to the extent they are not superseded by sections 382.400 to 382.409, shallcontinue to apply to all parties within holding company systems subject tosections 382.400 to 382.409.
