Definitions.
383.060. As used in sections 383.060 to 383.069, the following termsmean:
(1) "Director", the director of the department of insurance, financialinstitutions and professional registration;
(2) "Real estate malpractice insurance", insurance coverage against acivil liability arising against the insured resulting from an act or omissionby the insured, his agents or his employees acting in their professionalcapacity.
