383.115. 1. Information submitted pursuant to subsection 2of section 383.105, subdivisions (1), (3) and (6) shall be deemedto be confidential communication except as provided in section383.125.
2. Statistics in summary form of the information submittedpursuant to sections 383.100 to 383.125, except as provided insubsection 1, shall be a matter of public record.
