Termination, notice required.
385.212. As applicable, an insurer that issued a reimbursementinsurance policy shall not terminate the policy until a notice oftermination, in a form and time frame prescribed by the director, has beenmailed or delivered to the director. The termination of a reimbursementinsurance policy shall not reduce the issuer's responsibility for motorvehicle extended service contracts issued by providers prior to the date ofthe termination.
