Reimbursement insurance policy requirements.
385.304. Reimbursement insurance policies insuring service contractsissued, sold or offered for sale in this state shall state that, uponfailure of the provider to perform under the contract, including thefailure to return the unearned provider fee, the insurer that issued thepolicy shall pay or perform according to the provider's contractualobligations under the service contracts insured by the insurer.
