Concurrence in joint tariffs--contracts, agreements orarrangements between any carriers.

387.080. 1. The names of the several carriers which are parties toany joint tariff shall be specified therein, and each of the partiesthereto, other than the one filing the same, shall file with the divisionof motor carrier and railroad safety such evidence of concurrencetherein or acceptance thereof as may be required or approved by thedivision; and where such evidence of concurrence or acceptance is filed,it shall not be necessary for the carriers filing the same also to filecopies of the tariffs in which they are named as parties.

2. Every motor carrier shall file with the division sworn copies ofevery contract, agreement or arrangement with any other motor carrier ormotor carriers relating in any way to the transportation of passengers orproperty.
