Interurban railroads--powers of company.

388.500. Any corporation now existing, or that may hereafterbe incorporated, for the purpose of constructing, building,owning, operating and maintaining an interurban electricrailroad, shall have and possess the same rights and be subjectto the same liabilities and shall be governed by the same powers,laws, limitations, restrictions and proceedings now governingrailroads in this chapter for the condemnation of lands forright-of-way, and the fencing thereof.
