Identification to be carried.
388.620. Every railroad policeman shall have in hispossession, while on duty, a badge and identification card withphotograph identifying him as a member of the police departmentof his railroad. Such badge shall be openly displayed exceptwhen an officer is conducting investigations and such badge oridentification card shall at all times be exhibited upon demandand upon making an arrest.
