Common carrier may discontinue service, when.
390.101. No common carrier authorized under the provisionsof this chapter to operate within the state of Missouri shallabandon, discontinue, or fail to provide any service establishedor authorized to be established under the provisions of thischapter, unless such action is authorized by the division ofmotor carrier and railroad safety.
