Orders and decision of division of motor carrier and railroad safetyto be written--how served.
390.141. The orders and decisions of the division on thematters covered by the provisions of this chapter shall bereduced to writing and a copy thereof, duly certified, shall beserved on the motor carrier affected thereby through the UnitedStates mail, and such order and decision shall become operativeand effective within thirty days after such service, unlessotherwise ordered by the division, and such motor carrier shallcarry the provisions of said order into effect unless said orderis enjoined or set aside in a court of proper jurisdiction.
