Powers of corporation.
392.030. All corporations formed under sections 392.010 to392.170 shall possess all the powers and privileges granted tocorporations by chapter 351, RSMo, relating to the general powersof private corporations, and be subject to all the provisionsthereof except as herein otherwise provided.
