Minimum requirements of telecommunications companies, reports to befiled with commission.

392.390. Except as provided in subsection 1 of section392.520, a telecommunications company shall at a minimum:

(1) File annual reports with the commission as required bythe commission and in a form and at times prescribed by thecommission. The commission may require different forms of annualreports for different telecommunications companies;

(2) Comply with any subpoena issued by the commission, anyorder issued by the commission pursuant to section 386.450, RSMo,and provide specific answers to any questions asked by thecommission pursuant to subsection 1 of section 392.210;

(3) Comply with any reasonable requirements which shall beimposed by the commission for determining and reporting thejurisdictional nature of the telecommunications services itprovides;

(4) Be subject to the provisions of sections 386.320 and386.330, RSMo; and

(5) Be subject to the provisions of subsections 2, 3, 4 and5 of section 392.200, so far as such provisions are applicable toa telecommunications company.
