394.060. The name of each cooperative shall include thewords "electric" and "cooperative". The name of a cooperativeshall distinguish it from the name of any other corporationorganized under the laws of, or authorized to transact businessin, this state. The words "electric" and "cooperative" shall notboth be used in the name of any corporation organized under thelaws of, or authorized to transact business in, this state,except a cooperative or a corporation transacting business inthis state pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
