Bylaws to be adopted.
394.110. The original bylaws of a cooperative may be adoptedby its board of directors or stockholders. Thereafter bylawsshall be adopted, amended or repealed by its members. The bylawsshall set forth the rights and duties of members and directorsand may contain other provisions for the regulation andmanagement of the affairs of the cooperative not inconsistentwith this chapter or with its articles of incorporation.
