Severability.
400.1-108. If any provision or clause of this chapter orapplication thereof to any person or circumstances is heldinvalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions orapplications of this chapter which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of this chapter are declared to be severable.
