Priorities, transitional provision.
400.11-107. Except as otherwise provided in this article,chapter 400, as it reads prior to January 1, 1989, shall applyto any questions of priority if the positions of the partieswere fixed prior to January 1, 1989. In other cases questionsof priority shall be determined by this chapter.
