Retraction of anticipatory repudiation.
400.2-611. (1) Until the repudiating party's nextperformance is due he can retract his repudiation unless theaggrieved party has since the repudiation canceled or materiallychanged his position or otherwise indicated that he considers therepudiation final.
(2) Retraction may be by any method which clearly indicatesto the aggrieved party that the repudiating party intends toperform, but must include any assurance justifiably demandedunder the provisions of this article (section 400.2-609).
(3) Retraction reinstates the repudiating party's rightsunder the contract with due excuse and allowance to the aggrievedparty for any delay occasioned by the repudiation.
