Seller's incidental damages.
400.2-710. Incidental damages to an aggrieved seller includeany commercially reasonable charges, expenses or commissionsincurred in stopping delivery, in the transportation, care andcustody of goods after the buyer's breach, in connection withreturn or resale of the goods or otherwise resulting from thebreach.
