Instrument payable in foreign money.
400.3-107. Unless the instrument otherwise provides, aninstrument that states the amount payable in foreign money may bepaid in the foreign money or in an equivalent amount in dollarscalculated by using the current bank-offered spot rate at theplace of payment for the purchase of dollars on the day on whichthe instrument is paid.
