Compensation of attorney in fact.
404.725. Subject to the provisions of the power of attorneyand any separate agreement, an attorney in fact is entitled toreasonable compensation for services rendered to the principal asattorney in fact and reimbursement for reasonable expensesincurred as a result of acting as attorney in fact for theprincipal.
