Handicapped or disabled, discrimination against not allowed.
404.870. Nothing in sections 404.710 to 404.865 shall beconstrued to authorize, approve or condone discrimination againstthe handicapped or the disabled in the exercise of the authorityof a durable power of attorney for health care. Decisions basedon factors listed in section 404.822 shall not be considereddiscriminatory.
