407.500. Residents of the state of Missouri may purchaserifles and shotguns in a state contiguous to the state ofMissouri, provided that such residents conform to the applicableprovisions of the Federal Gun Control Act of 1968, andregulations thereunder, as administered by the United StatesSecretary of the Treasury, and provided further that suchresidents conform to the provisions of law applicable to suchpurchase in the state of Missouri and in the contiguous state inwhich the purchase is made.
