Waiver, void--penalty.
407.941. Any waiver by an owner of the provisions ofsections 407.935 to 407.943 shall be deemed void andunenforceable as contrary to public policy. Any attempt by aforeclosure consultant to induce an owner to waive his rightsshall be deemed a violation of subdivision (7) of subsection 1 ofsection 407.940.
