Credit cards, no derogatory reports to credit agencies for carrying azero balance.
408.193. 1. For the purposes of this section, the term "credit card"shall mean a credit device defined as such in the federal Consumer CreditProtection Act.
2. Any entity that issues credit cards in this state, delivers creditcards in this state or causes credit cards to be delivered in this stateshall not make any derogatory report to a credit reporting agency on anycredit card holder solely because such credit card holder has paid theentire outstanding balance on such credit card by the payment date.
3. Nothing herein shall authorize or prohibit an entity fromsuspending credit card privileges or recalling the issued credit card forany purpose.
