Recovery limitation.
408.553. Upon default the lender shall be entitled torecover no more than the amount which the borrower would havebeen required to pay upon prepayment of the obligation on thedate of final judgment together with interest thereafter at thesimple interest equivalent of the rate provided in the contract.
