Duties and powers of commissioner of securities.
409.114. Sections 409.108 to 409.114 shall be administered by thecommissioner of securities. The commissioner of securities is herebyempowered to promulgate, alter, amend or revoke rules and regulations pursuantto section 409.6-605 as necessary to carry out the purposes of sections409.108 to 409.114.
