Exemptions--burden of proof.
409.848. It shall not be necessary to negative any of theexemptions of sections 409.800 to 409.863 in any complaint,information or indictment, or any writ or proceeding broughtunder sections 409.800 to 409.863; and the burden of proof of anysuch exemption shall be upon the party claiming the same.
