A warehouseman who fraudulently issues or aids infraudulently issuing a receipt for grain, knowing that itcontains any false statement, is guilty of a felony, and uponconviction shall be punished for each offense by imprisonment bythe department of corrections and human resources for not lessthan two years nor more than five years.
